One brief, then a steady rhythm

The first visit is always a walk-through. We map the home, agree the checklist and adjust the time estimate before any cloth touches a surface. Once that is signed off, every following visit follows the same plan unless you ask us to change it.

Common questions

Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. The crew arrives with vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths and a sealed caddy of detergents. If you prefer your own products we will use them and note it in your file.
Can I be out of the house during the visit?
Of course. Leave a key with the concierge, share a smart-lock code or buzz us in remotely. The lead checks in by message on arrival and again on departure.
What if a regular date falls on a public holiday?
We message the week before to confirm. You can move the visit to a different day in the same week or skip without penalty.
Are pets a problem?
Not at all. Mention species and temperament when booking and we will assign a crew who is comfortable with cats, dogs or rabbits. We avoid scented sprays in pet zones by default.
What if something breaks?
Accidental damage is covered by our policy. The lead photographs the item, files a report the same day and our office contacts you within 24 hours to arrange repair or replacement.
