Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Every visit includes professional-grade equipment, microfibre cloths and plant-based detergents. We can switch to your preferred products on request and store them in a labelled caddy at your address.
How long does a standard apartment clean take?
A two-bedroom condo typically takes between three and four hours with a crew of two. Larger landed homes and post-renovation jobs can run a full day. We confirm the time window in writing before each visit.
Are your crews insured?
Yes. Every member of staff is covered by public liability and accidental damage insurance. The certificate of cover is available on request and photo ID is presented on arrival.
Do you serve areas outside Kuala Lumpur?
We cover the wider Klang Valley including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Cheras, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. Other locations such as Klang or Rawang are quoted case by case based on access time.
Can I reschedule a booking?
Yes, free of charge if you let us know at least eighteen hours before the visit. Short-notice changes are subject to crew availability and may incur a small redeployment fee on weekends.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Tell us within twenty-four hours and we will return to redo any missed areas at no extra cost. Our checklist is your guarantee and your feedback shapes the crew's brief for the next visit.
