This Privacy Policy explains how GrowStack Hygiene Sdn. Bhd. (we, us, our), the operator of growstack.pro, handles personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Email address used for written quotations and visit reminders

• Limited technical data captured by our hosting provider (IP, browser type, referrer)

2. Why we hold this information

The data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To reply to your enquiry and issue a written quote
• To schedule, deliver and bill the cleaning service
• To brief the crew lead with information that affects access or safety
• To comply with Malaysian tax and bookkeeping obligations

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with parties who help us deliver the service: our crew leads, our accountant, the payment processor that issues your invoice, and the hosting provider that runs this website. Each of these parties is bound by confidentiality.

4. How long we retain it

Quote enquiries that do not progress to a booking are removed from active systems within twelve months. Records linked to a paid invoice are retained for seven years as required by the Income Tax Act 1967.

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Request deletion of records that are no longer required by law
