Walk & brief

The lead walks the space with you, flags fragile items and confirms any inside-cabinet work.

Top down

Ceilings, fans, vents, light fittings, then upper cabinetry and shelving.

Wet zones

Kitchens and bathrooms taken apart, descaled, regrouted where needed.

Floors & finish

All floors finished last, balcony rinsed, photo summary sent before sign-off.
