A homegrown cleaning company built around a checklist
GrowStack Clean started in 2017 with one van, two crew members and a printed list of forty things to check on every visit. The list is longer now, the vans are heavier, but the idea is the same.
Why we exist
Cleaning in Kuala Lumpur was easy to find and hard to trust. People hired and rehired because no two visits looked the same. We set out to build a service where the second visit was a copy of the first, and the tenth was a copy of the second.
The crew lead carries the brief, the brief is honoured, and the photo report at the end of every visit makes the standard visible to clients who are not at home.

What does not change between visits
Respect the home
We arrive on time, leave the keys where we found them and never photograph rooms beyond what is needed for the report.
Train before dispatch
Four weeks of in-house training before a new crew member is allowed on a paid visit. No exceptions during peak season.
Plant-based by default
Biodegradable products that work. Hospital-grade options carried for clinics on request only.
Tell the truth
If we cannot finish a line on the checklist, we say so in the closing report. No shortcuts disguised as efficiency.
